Our company, a US based International mining service company is seeking skilled, experienced, and qualified professional to fill up the position of:

MECHANIC (MAINTENANCE) SUPERVISOR

The position is based in Jakarta, but will involve regular travel to field locations throughout Indonesia.

The applicant will have significant practical knowledge including practical trouble shooting skills. Proven skills in managing a busy workshop of up to 20 mechanics, welders, fitters and apprentices will be an advantage.

1. Tertiary Level (S1) Mechanical (or related) Engineering
2. Age: Between 35 45 years
3. Having experience for fleet of heavy equipment maintenance, service and repair from reputable dealer, supplier or construction company.
4. Familiar with heavy equipment maintenance in the mining, oil & gas and construction industries.
5. Having good experience with hydraulic engine is a MUST of transmission or heavy equipment component from equipment supplier.
6. At least 10 years practical experience with minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
7. English and computer literacy are a must

- HSE knowledge : Fire and gas, hazardous area classification, environmental aspects-impact, and safety reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Technical, prefer graduation from POLMAN (Polytechnic Manufacturing )
- Age, max 40 years old
- Having strong leadership
- Experience min.3 years in similar position
- Having good analytical in workshop management such as Time & Cost estimation.
- Good report writing
- Good English speaking and writing
- Excellent health condition
- Computer literature ( AUTO CAD)
- Able to work as a team.
- Willing to travel
