Responsibilities:

- Collect & Analyze market data.

- Develop Sales Force.

- Evaluate, Plan and Coordinate sales operation including inquiry stage to achieve desired target.

- Set up Sales Budget.

- Plan, Organize, conduct and evaluate the performance of sales team.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

- Required skill(s): English Communication, Microsoft Office, Leadership and Presentation.

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required with a comptetent sales background for this position.
