PT. TJB Power Services in the business of Operation and Maintenance of Tanjung Jati B2X660MW Coal Fired Power Plant in Indonesia, we are looking for:
Shift Leader
(Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to coordinating and controlling all aspects within the main control room and real time dispatch communications with PLN.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control or Engineering Physic.
- Minimum experience is not less than 5 years in Power Plant Operation and experienced as
- Unit Controller.
- Appropriate technical education, several years experience on and detailed knowledge of
- coal fired plant performance and reliability.
- Qualification and licenses accordance to local legislative and other requirements.
- Knowledge of the site emergency plan and respective actions and proactive approach to all
- safety related issues.
- Be able to communicate clearly and concisely as well as working without supervision.
- Good ability to communicate in English (speak, write, read).
- Willing to and capable of team work that promotes the spirit of the team.
- Willing to work on shift basis regardless to holidays or public holidays.
- Core Competencies and skills in : Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
