Lean Manufacturing Engineer
(Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
The candidate is responsible to create plan, execute and evaluate all projects related to lean manufacturing activities.
- To provide plan, execute and evaluate a quality improvement of product and /or equipment, improvements of safety standards and /or cost/waste reduction
- To support and ensure optimum performance of production activities in term of operational efficiency, availability and reliability, in compliance with company strategy, business plans and goals to achieve target key performance indicator
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree (S1) from reputable university in Engineering (preferably electrical/IT, mechanical, industrial and chemical eng.)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Lean MNF activities
- Good understanding about Lean MNF concepts and practices
- Good communication English
- Mature with strong personality
- Able to work independently and also in a team
