Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree D3 (preferably S1) Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, with IPK greater than 2.75 of scale 4.0
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operating Company (Petrochemical or Petroleum Plants), assigned as Rotating/Mechanical Supervisor in Maintenance Department structures
- Strong in analysing data of plant condition monitoring and come up with remedial measures thru corrective maintenance and review on PM and maintenance strategy
- Strong in troubleshooting and further repair to failures on rotating equipment : shaft seal leak, bearing high vibration, cavitation, surge, deadhead, performance and efficiency down
- Proficiency in installation, disassembly & reassembly of compressor (centrifugal, reciprocating, lobe, screws, liquid ring), pump (centrifugal, positive displacement, axial-propeller & other special design rotating equipment and valves
- Familiar and able to review PM program and interval based on historical records and current circumstances
- Familiar and able to control mechanical maintenance area of : planning, criticality of equipment / spare parts, KPI (metrics) and audit
- Proficiency in supervisory, leading a team of permanent technician and contractor or vendor from various technical background and attitudes/cultures
- Familiar and able to conduct RCFA
- Understand the design, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment (pump & compressor), other special design rotating equipment and valves including limitation on rated capacity
- Familiar with MS office and CMMS program
- HSE knowledge : Fire and gas, hazardous area classification, environmental aspects-impact, and safety reviews
- Understands general hydrocarbon processing and petrochemical process
- Understands and familiar with Engineering Code and Standards :
- API on application of : rotating equipment (design, operating and maintenance), valve, piping and static equipment inspection codes
- NFPA on application of : fire water base system and maintenance
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian, written and spoken
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and other general computer program
