Job Description:
Major EPC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, requires Senior Mechanical Engineer - Bulk Solid Material Handling for a 1-2 year contract role.

You must have the following experience:
Minimum of 8 years experience in System design (mining plant, cement plant) in Bulk Solid material handling, ship unloading, stock pile stacking and reclaiming, ore preparation plant, lime stone crushing plant
Type of bulk material - nickel ore, sulphur, lime stone
Equipment - belt conveyor, overland conveyor, crusher / sizer, feeder, dust suppression, chutes, hopper, screener, stacker, reclaimer, ship unloading

The role involves the following;
BFS study / cost estimation
Detailed design of plant equipment
Interfacing with other disciplines within the company / client
Provide basic engineering design, perform calculation / report
Produce deliverables for material requisition, scope of supply, equipment / package specification and data sheet for bidding purpose
Equipment / package technical bid evaluation (TBE) and clarification (TC)
Produce technical evaluation report for Award recommendation (PO)
Vendor data review (VDR)
Technical support to site and field engineering queries (if needed)
