1. CONDITION MONITORING ENGINEER (15 NOS)

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in same position in Petrochemical Plant, Responsible for condition monitoring, reliability and performance evaluation aspect of the rotating Machine Trains (Driver & driven) ofassigned plants. Regular management and ensures availability of software alarms, machinery information, base lines data, start-up/shutdown data for critical machines and historical data in online and offline machinery management systems.

2. ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (15 NOS)

Minimum BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 5 to 7 years experience in Mechanical Engineering, including Rotating Equipment maintenance, condition monitoring in a Refinery, Power or ProcessPlants. Maintenance and corrective procedure of rotating and associated equipment specifically Centrifugal Compressors.

3. CONDITION MONITORING TECHNICIAN (15 NOS)

Minimum of 3 years in the field of Condition Monitoring in the Petrochemical, Refinery & Oil and Gas Plants. Carry out Condition Monitoring of the Plant Installed Rotating Equipments by Data Acquisition Techniques and Data Analysis. Carry out daily inspection, predictive maintenance and data collection on rotating machinery such as compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, gearboxes, motors, steam and gasturbines and turbo expanders.

4. ONLINE ANALYZER TECHNICIAN (10 NOS)

Minimum 7 years of experience in Electronics or Instrumentation fault diagnosis, breakdown repair, preventive maintenance and overhaul work, including at least 5 years Analyzer experience in Petrochemical or Oil Industry. Monitors physical inspection of process analyzers in all plant units. Must have knowledge for the following online analyzers, Yokogawa, Siemens GC, Oxygen, Infrared, NOX, TOC, IR & UV, Specific Gravity, Silica, Chlorine, PH and Conductivity Analyzers.

Job Vacancy at Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Our client is an EPC company to build a refinery plant and open vacant positions, all are for our E&C division located at Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

1. PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER (OFFSHORE) - Mechanical Eng Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in offshore piping design (subsea & topside) in any design consultancy office.

2. PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER (POWERPLANT) -Mechanical Eng Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in Power Plant Piping in any design consultancy office.

3. HEAD OF PROCESS DESIGN – Chemical Engineering Graduate with Minimum 15 yrs of professional experience with Design Consultancy organizations catering to O&G, Refinery and Petrochemical sector. Shall be proficient in carrying out Studies, FEED, Basic and Detail engineering of upstream facilities involving oil and gas plants, refinery units, gas processing plants, petrochemical complexes, cross country pipelines transport of oil and gas etc. including all process engineering deliverables such as material and energy balance, simulation studies, PFDs, P&IDs, specification of data sheets for various equipments. Candidates shall be fully conversant with API, SHELL and other international standards.

Shall have hands-on experience and proficiency in simulation works using HYSYS; Flare network study using FlareNET. Shall carry substantial experience in EIA and HAZOP studies. Experience in Surge analysis using STONER or NATASHA would be an added advantage.

4. TELECOM ENGINEER (RCDD) –Electronics/Telecommunication/IT Eng Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in the telecom engineering field, covering core areas such as Transmission (Radio/Fiber), OSP/PDS/IT-Data Network including site construction supervision experience with any design consultancy office. HE SHOULD POSSESS RECCD CERTIFICATION. He should be Familiar with IEEE/BICSI/ITU and common Petro-Chem and Industry Telecom standards.

5. PROPOSALS ENGINEERS – Graduate in Mechanical Eng or any engineering discipline with minimum 6 yrs of experience in Commercial/Proposal/Contract Eng dept of any design consultancy office.

6. CERTIFIED VALUE ENGINEERING SPECIALIST -Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Civil any Eng discipline with minimum of 15 yrs of engineering experience in petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, power generation and other industrial building projects with technical skills like Functional Analysis, FAST Diagramming, Problem Identification, Decision Making Tools, Creativity Techniques and Financial Analysis.
